Exchanges Only:
We offer exchanges within one week of receiving your order.
Only unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached will be considered for exchange.
All exchanges will be subject to a quality check upon arrival to ensure the item is unworn and in saleable condition. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet these criteria.
Exchange Outcome:
If your exchange is approved, you will receive store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
You can use your store credit towards any item on our website, excluding discounted items.
Discounted Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on any discounted items.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at hello@urbanlifeclothing.co.in within one week of receiving your order.
In your email, please include your order number and the specific item(s) you wish to exchange.
Our team will provide further instructions on returning the item and processing the exchange.
Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
Additional Information:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
